HIGH TECNOLOGY SYSTEM

One-component sealant/elastic adhesive, based on hybrid polymers, which cures with reaction with humidity and adheres on the substrates that it is applied.

COLOURS : Transparents, White, Grey, Black

PROPERTIES

Excellent adhesion to most common materials without primer
Ease of use at temperatures +5 - +45 OC
Neutral curing system. It does not release any toxic substances during polymerization.
Odourless
Non-corrosive to metals
High mechanical strength
Excellent resistance to ageing and UV radiation
Non-staining
Paintable with most common paints
It does not contain solvents
Very low shrinkage after polymerization
Fast cure

AREAS OF APPLICATION
Sealing and bonding applications on most common substrates such as : metals, concrete, plastics, coated aluminium, glass, etc. It is suggested for bonding mirrors because it cures rapidly and it does not attack the silver plating.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
The substrates should be clean and free of dust and grease. The wetting of the substrate with water speeds up the cure.

SHELF LIFE
The shelf life is 12 months from the production date if kept in cool and dry areas.

LIMITATIONS
It is not suitable for permanent immersion in water and contact with food.
