Tremco JS442 HV High Viscosity Polyurethane IG Outer Sealant

Tremco JS442 HV is a highly elastic, two-component, fast curing polyurethane polymer sealant: developed specifically for IG unit manufacture. Tremco JS442 HV has a high-viscosity (paste) curing agent, suitable for use with follower-plate pumps. Units manufactured with JS442 HV in conjunction with JS680 will meet the requirements of EN 1279-2 when used in accordance with Tremco recommendations.

Typical Uses

Used in the manufacture of IG units to provide a lasting and reliable barrier to moisture penetration. In dual seal systems, can be used with JS680 which forms the primary seal.
